Sam and his team recently did a great job of tearing down our old fence and replacing it with a new one. Their pricing was fair and the guys who did the work were professional, did a great job on the construction of the new fence and cleaned up any debris after the work was done. We were preparing our house in Lawrence Park, Toronto for sale. Our unfinished (and decrepit) 92 year old basement was an eyesore, at best. We arranged for Sam and his team to prep and paint the walls and floor of the large basement area. The result was spectacular. The large area was transformed into a "ready to renovate" opportunity. The house sold in six days! Annapolis Contracting did a great job, on time and on budget. They even climbed the ladder outside to touch up some woodwork that I was too afraid to do on my own! A great job by a great team. My wife and I would recommend them to anyone.
From start to finish, Sam and his team provided exceptional service. The extra attention paid to the littlest details resulted in a spectacular looking job. Even when the contractor was delayed on installing the new stairs and railings, Sam's crew came back to finish their work as soon as the contractor was finished.
